Welcome to Roxeth Green Lodge
The home is for adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs who want to live in a real home, with the right support around them. Each person has their own private bedroom and shares the kitchen, lounge and garden with the people they live with.
Our trained staff are on hand day and night, with 1:1 or 2:1 support when it is needed. Our aim is simple: to help each person feel at home, build their skills and confidence, and live as independently as they can.
INSIDE THE HOME
Roxeth Green Lodge is finished to a high standard throughout. The entrance hall is warm and welcoming, and the hallways are bright and easy to move around, with modern wood-effect flooring.
The shared kitchen is clean and well equipped, with plenty of worktop space, a breakfast bar with seating and doors that open out to the garden. It is a good space for people to cook with support, learn new skills and share meals together. Laundry facilities are on site too.
The lounge is a comfortable place to relax, watch TV, see family and friends or simply have some quiet time.
Bedrooms are light and nicely furnished, with comfortable beds, storage and wall-mounted TVs. People are encouraged to make their room their own with their photos, colours and favourite things. There is a modern wet room with a walk-in shower, which makes washing safer and easier.
Outside, there is a private rear garden with a patio, giving people a safe space to get some fresh air.
LIFE AT ROXETH GREEN LODGE
People living at Roxeth Green Lodge are supported to plan their own days and live the life they choose. That might mean college, work or volunteering, clubs and hobbies, days out, or time with family and friends.
We help people get out into their local community, attend health appointments, manage their tenancy and build everyday skills like cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting. We go at each person’s pace and celebrate every step forward.
OUR APPROACH
Support at Roxeth Green Lodge is person-centred and follows the principles of Positive Behaviour Support. Each person has their own support plan, built with them, their family and the professionals who know them, and we review it regularly as their needs and goals change.
