Introducing Our Care for Older Adults
We provide support that fits around each person's life. This can be a short daily visit, a few hours of company, overnight support or live-in care. Every care plan is built around the person's needs, routines and wishes.
We also support older adults who live with physical disabilities, sensory loss, dementia or long-term health conditions. We work closely with families, GPs and other professionals, so care is joined up and families have peace of mind.
Getting older can bring changes that make everyday tasks harder. Our carers help with personal care, washing and dressing, meals, medication and keeping the home clean and tidy. We do this gently and respectfully, and the person always stays in charge of their own care.
Loneliness can affect health just as much as illness. Our carers offer friendly company, a chat over a cup of tea and help to stay in touch with friends, family and the local community.
We support people to attend health appointments and collect prescriptions. We also help people coming home from hospital to settle back in safely and regain their confidence.
All of our carers are DBS checked and trained in areas such as moving and handling, medication, dementia awareness and end of life care.
Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect, whatever their age. Our carers get to know each person as an individual, including their life story, culture, faith and what makes them smile.
We know that arranging care can feel complicated. Our team can help families understand the options and make the process as smooth as possible.
OUR MISSION
We aim to help older adults live well, feel valued and stay connected. Whether it is a little help each day or round the clock care, we are here to make life easier for the people we support and the families who love them.
