The nature of the services we provide
Hallmark Healthcare Services employs Care workers, Care coordinator, Field supervisor, office supervisor, admin, Receptionist and other experienced and competent office staff to provides a comprehensive range of domiciliary care services directly to the service user.
After service users’ needs assessments have been reviewed, we will visit to empower them to tell us in their own words how and when they would like us to carry out the duties to meet their needs. We will ensure to give sufficient information to make sure that service users are able to choose and express their preferences. e.g. Male or female care worker.

Care Services
Care will be provided to those individuals ( Adult) in need, who approach the agency directly, or are referred to us. They may be private service users, those who receive direct payments or referred from Social Services, Local Councils’ Care Procurement, NHS, CCG and other professional services
Personal Care
Our personal care service is available for any daily tasks you need help with, such as bathing, showering, dressing etc
Social Care
We provide social care support and guidance. We can help with day-to-day living because of illness or disability etc
Domestic Care
We will support you through usual routine, with reliable care from the comfort of your own home.
Nutritional Care
We provide high-quality nutrition care and respect for people receiving care, ensuring that meals are appetising and appropriate
Medication Support
We offer support that enables a person to manage their medicines. This includes prompting or reminding people to take their medicines etc.
Dementia Care

End of Life Care
Planning for the end of life is important for anyone who has a life-limiting condition and we are here to support you and your family.
Sleep in or Night Duties
Our care professionals are on duty throughout the night for a minimum of eight hours. This is the best support option if you or a loved one needs support at night.
